WHAT IS PARKINSON'S
Parkinsonism is a term that covers several conditions, including Parkinson’s and other conditions with similar symptoms such as slow movement, rigidity (stiffness) and problems with walking.
JOIN US
Friends of Parkies is a charity based on the border of North Shropshire and South Clwyd which offers support for those diagnosed with Parkinsons. We meet socially every month to share information and help and support the most recently diagnosed who have difficulty coping with the prognosis. The group has a mixed age range so don't think you are too old or too young to come to our meetings. We are all here to help you realise - your not alone!
